About HIG
What is HIG and how does it relate to DOUTRES Group?
HIG is the healthcare-coordination division of DOUTRES Group. Under the All Is Good vision, HIG connects international patients with trusted hospitals in China’s leading cities (currently Hangzhou & Shanghai). We handle the logistical, linguistic, and liaison aspects so you can focus on care.
Why should I consider China (Hangzhou or Shanghai) for my medical care?
China’s Tier-1 medical hubs combine advanced equipment, internationally-trained specialists, and efficient scheduling. Choosing Hangzhou or Shanghai means accessing major hospitals in the Yangtze Delta region with strong international service infrastructure.

How is the hospital / specialist matching handled?
After case intake, HIG reviews your summary and contacts partner hospitals to identify appropriate specialists. We coordinate direct hospital matching and share your case summary with shortlisted physicians. This service is included in all tiers.
What happens after my treatment is completed?
Standard and VIP tiers include a results summary and after-care check-ins. We ensure you receive all documentation, follow-up options and continuity of care from your hospital team.

What are HIG’s commitments around transparency and service?
- Clear scope of services
- Documented fees and steps
- Multilingual assistance (English / Français / 中文)

Is there a cancellation or refund policy?
Yes. Once coordination work begins, fees are non-refundable. Cancellation fees apply depending on the case stage (e.g., after hospital booking or travel arrangements). Details are provided in your agreement.
