- Coordination only: HIG is a coordination and logistics service. We are not a hospital or medical provider and do not practice medicine or offer medical advice. All medical decisions are made by licensed providers.
- Availability not guaranteed: Appointments, priority scheduling and specific physicians/departments depend on hospital capacity and clinical suitability. Timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.
- Patient responsibility: You are responsible for medical costs, hospital deposits, travel, accommodation, visas, insurance and compliance with destination regulations.
- Scope limits: HIG does not manage emergencies. We may decline or stop coordination if information is incomplete, unsafe or non-compliant.
- No refunds: All HIG coordination fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellation fees apply according to case stage (e.g., after intake review, after hospital contact, after booking confirmation).
- Changes & overages: Added services (e.g., extra on-site days, additional matching rounds, re-booking) are billed at the current rate.
- Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIG’s liability is limited to the amount of coordination fees paid to HIG for the specific case.
- Data & privacy: We handle personal and medical information for coordination purposes only, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
